I worked with Happy Hauler, and I couldn’t be happier. They alerted me 30 minutes before arrival. Not only were they prompt, they were polite and professional. It took them less than 30 minutes to move everything I needed donated, including an oversized and heavy armoire, and they were willing to take some extra last minute donations. I had hired an organizer who spoke highly of her experience working with Happy Haulers for years. Working with the organizer after the death of my husband, we had a large collection of donation items and items to be disposed of that we set up for the Happy Haulers crew to come pick up. . I give them 10 star, okay 5 out of five for their ease of scheduling, efficient and clear communication of pick up times. Their hard, fast work, kind communication and careful tidiness to leave my driveway spotless when they were finished had me very thankful for their services.
I love that the usable donated items went carefully into a box truck to be given to local charities that support domestic violence victims and unhoused people who are trying to get a new start. The dumpster was carefully loaded. Old fridges, paint and chemicals were properly disposed of and taken care of. If you are looking for a company who cares for their customer at a very fair price AND generously supports the community, reach out to Happy Haulers, they will take very good care of you!
